A seized tap in an old wall, a cartridge sourced for an imported mixer, or a toilet that needs the pan lifted and resealed all take longer, and you will know which you have before the work starts.
Booking several fixtures into one visit is more efficient than calling separately for each. Where a part has to be ordered in, that is set out up front, along with an honest view on whether the fixture is worth repairing at all.
